The SSEMWG Blog is currently accepting pitches for new entries!
Scholars at all career stages are encouraged to submit their work. Pitches should include a 150 word abstract and a brief authorial bio; complete essays may also be submitted if they meet the blog’s style and length requirements. All submissions that meet these requirements will be considered for publication; however, work that takes an intersectional approach to the study of early modern women and gender is of particular interest. Opinion posts that explore the pedagogic, political, or scholarly import of Renaissance Studies in our current moment are also welcome.
Also, new this year, the blog will publish new book announcements. If you are the author of a recently published or soon-to-be published monograph, share the news and a brief description of the book’s central arguments and interventions here! Editors of scholarly anthologies are also welcome to submit announcements.
To submit a pitch or book announcement, please send your materials to the Blog Editor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
